Casa do Loureiro

Casa do Loureiro (which means house of the Bay tree) has a sunny terrace to the side of the house with a table and benches. The house has an open plan, fully fitted, kitchen and a warm, comfy, lounge with a wood burner. The house also has eco solar thermal central heating to keep it warm and lots of hot water.  The First floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 Kingsize & 1 Double with shared bathroom and river views and a Twin room with ensuite.

All our houses are furnished with antique furniture & beds that are super comfy with latex memory-foam eco mattresses. The quilts are bamboo and sheets 100% cotton with locally made wool blankets if needed.

The Quinta is completely off the grid & we produce our own organic food with green energy for power and heating.

Our houses stay fresh in the summer and heat up well in the winter with wood burners and solar thermal central heating.

High speed wifi is available throughout the site (40 mbps).

Including our large, fully equipped, 300m² Dojo Gym by the river, our beautiful infinity pool with outside jacuzzi, the large chill-out area with cocktail bar, as well as mountain bikes, kayaks & paddle boards on the river.
