About the event
This retreat offers a diverse schedule designed to nourish both mind and body. All activities are optional, allowing you to choose whether to join a session or take some time for yourself.
The retreat is led by an experienced yoga teacher Chloe hall, with two decades in the fitness industry. She aims to challenge common myths about yoga, such as the need for extreme flexibility or the pursuit of complex postures as a goal (which it is not!). By integrating yoga, philosophy, and an understanding of anatomy into her classes, she provides numerous options to accommodate individual bodies. She encourages personal agency, ensuring everyone moves in a way that feels natural to them.
